Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products are not eligible for refund or return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions

  • Minor variations in color, fragrance, or texture, which are natural in cosmetic products

  • Change of mind after purchase

Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer care team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or replacement within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
